Refund and Returns Policy

Defective Items

  • Notify us within 24 hoursof delivery with photos for verification.
  • Approved claims a replacement.

Standard Returns

  • 7-day window– Unworn, unused items in original packaging may be returned for store credit or exchange.
  • Non-refundable– Original shipping fees + return shipping costs.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable)

  • Final sale items– Personalized/custom pieces, sale/discounted items.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items– Earrings (unless defective).
  • Damaged by customer– Altered, resized, or mishandled items.

How to Return

  1. Email support@verses.co.ke with your order number. (we create a customer support Email)
  2. Ship returns to-(Share Address) (tracked shipping recommended).
  3. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Note– We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet policy terms.
